Bach Barn Bash
This year, BACH (Brazoria County Association
for Citizens with Handicaps) is celebrating 35 years of
service to Brazoria County children, who have developmental
delays or disabilities, and their families. 2008 BACH Barn
Bash Volunteer Steering Team Members are preparing for the
June 7th event with the 35th Anniversary celebration in
mind. Event Chairman Shane Pirtle has set a $71,000 goal
for the event which will take place at the Brazoria County
Fairgrounds. Last year's BACH Barn Bash brought in $69,500
to help provide much-needed services to "special"
children. Sponsors for the event are still being sought.
Sponsors will be recognized on a donor display board, in
the auction programs, and receive complimentary tickets
and an event plaque. For more information on sponsorships,
contact Dan Swords at 979-864-0159, or the BACH office at
